Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and will be determined at checkout. 

International shipping is currently only available to Canada, Australia, the European Union, and New Zealand at this time. 


Jewelry is handcrafted to order and may take up to 2 weeks to ship. 

Please allow lifestyle items 5-7 business days to ship.

USPS Frist Class: 3-5 business days 
Priority Mail: 2-4 business days
International shipping may take up to 21 business days.

We attempt to promptly ship products ordered. Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines, and Rixen cannot ensure that the time frames noted will be met.  


You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Unfortunately at this time but we cannot pre-determine customs fees and Rixen is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Rixen, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Rixen. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. All terms apply.
Once your package has been received your refund or store credit will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt.  Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please refer to our exchange page if you wish to make an exchange. 


When you place an order for an item displayed on the Site, you are making an offer of purchase Rixen. If Rixen accepts that offer, we will supply the goods where possible, but will not be obligated to do so. If an item you order is not available, or the price has changed, we will attempt to contact you to let you know of the unavailability or the price changes, as applicable. If we are unable to reach you with (5) business days, we will cancel the order.
