Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs
Because all pieces are hand made to order, returns are not accepted. We do, however, offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase. All exchanges must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your exchange. Any unauthorized exchange, undelivered packages, or exchanges postmarked after fourteen (14) days of receipt by the customer, will be refused and the item(s) returned to sender.

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs of exchanges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges and repairs may be subject to additional shipping costs.
It is highly advised that you return any jewelry in a protected package, with insurance and tracking. Rixen does not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Our jewelry is carefully handcrafted with high quality and ethically sourced materials. While Rixen is created to last, jewelry is still a delicacy and should be handled with care. Should an accident happen, email email@example.com for repair inquiries and estimates. Repair fees apply.
Clothing & Lifestyle Items
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. Any unauthorized return, undelivered packages, or exchanges postmarked after seven (7) days of receipt by the customer, will be refused and the item(s) returned to sender.
To request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number, and the items you’d like to return in the email. We will get back to you within 2 business days and to provide return shipping instructions (if applicable). We do not cover the cost of returns, so an $12 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Your order will be refunded within 1 to 2 days of arriving at our office. Please note that we can't process refunds more than 30 days after the date or purchase (not the date of shipment), so please keep that in mind.
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
